1.Biotin antibodies are added to the cell suspension and incubated.

2.Nano-beads are added to the cell suspension and incubated.

3.The cell suspension was inserted into the RWD Magnetic cell separator（CF）.Let the adsorption stand for 5 minutes.

4.The cell suspension is poured into the new tube slowly，the target cell can be recovered and enriched.
