BP LabLine strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, process, and responsibilities for returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

Return Eligibility

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective or not functioning properly
  • Product was damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Items or accessories are missing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Refrigerated or temperature-controlled products
  • Reagents, chemicals, or consumables
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Certain medical devices and service parts

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for inspection and include all original components where applicable. Items must comply with safety and decontamination requirements.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@bplabline.com with your order number and reason
  2. Our team will review and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved
  3. Return instructions and shipping address will be provided via confirmation email
  4. Ship the item as instructed
  5. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Seller Responsibility (BP LabLine covers costs): If the return is due to defective products, shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or missing items

Customer Responsibility: If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to BP LabLine’s error.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • The refund amount is typically 100% of the product price paid, depending on eligibility

Bank or payment processing times may vary.

 

Exchanges & Replacements

We provide replacements or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Defective or non-functioning products
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing parts or components

Important Notes:

  • Replacement requests must be reviewed and approved
  • Customers may be required to return the original item before a replacement is shipped
  • In some cases, replacement parts may be sent without requiring a return

Shipping Costs:

  • If caused by BP LabLine, we cover all shipping costs
  • If requested by customer (non-quality reason), additional charges may apply

 

Damage & Claim Requirements

  • All shipments must be inspected upon delivery
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days
  • Customers must provide supporting evidence (photos/videos of product, packaging, label, etc.)

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim. 

 

Failed Delivery & Refused Returns

If a return or delivery issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Any additional shipping or reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Important Notes

  • Customized or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable
  • We do not charge restocking fees
