Orders start processing immediately. Contact support@bplabline.com promptly for urgent changes. Changes cannot always be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get emails once processing begins and when your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 90 days for quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items. Consumables, reagents, and temperature-sensitive items must meet safety standards. Non-returnable items include final sale items, custom products, service parts, and certain medical devices. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period.
