Shipping Policy

Overview

BP LabLine is committed to delivering laboratory equipment and scientific products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

We operate warehouse and distribution facilities in the United States and utilize a global fulfillment network. Orders may ship from different locations depending on product availability and delivery destination.

 

Order Processing Time

Standard Products: 1–3 business days

Made-to-Order Products: 7–14 business days (depending on configuration and manufacturing schedule)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Transit Time

United States

  • Standard Products: 3–7 business days
  • Temperature-Controlled Products: 2–5 business days
  • Freight / Large Equipment: 7–21 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Products: 7-15 business days
  • Temperature-Controlled Products: 2–5 business days
  • Freight / Large Equipment: 2-5 weeks

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated based on: Order quantity, Product type (standard, temperature-controlled, or freight), Shipping method, and Delivery destination.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Additional services (e.g., liftgate delivery, inside delivery, special handling) may incur extra charges.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders are typically shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning BP LabLine covers customs clearance, import duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Customs processing times may affect delivery schedules.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection depends on delivery requirements and destination. All shipments are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

 

Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is shipped. The email will include a tracking number and tracking link. Orders can be tracked via the carrier’s official website

 

Shipping Coverage

BP LabLine ships within the United States and to selected international destinations where logistics services are available. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at support@bplabline.com before placing an order.

 

Cold-Chain & Special Handling

Certain laboratory products require temperature-controlled shipping.

For these products, BP LabLine uses validated cold-chain packaging and shipping methods to maintain product stability during transit. Temperature indicators or monitoring devices may be included when required.

Customers are responsible for inspecting temperature-sensitive shipments immediately upon delivery.

 

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery

Reshipping fees will be borne by the customer, if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon delivery:

  • Visible Damage: Note on carrier receipt and contact us immediately
  • Concealed Damage: Report within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy

Failure to report damage in time may affect eligibility for claims.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:

  1. Check tracking information
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. If unresolved, contact support@bplabline.com

We will assist in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.

 

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bplabline.com.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

 

Shipment Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Global logistics disruptions

We will notify you if significant delays occur and provide updated delivery estimates whenever possible.
