Universities and research institutions across New England can now access BP LabLine’s laboratory equipment, research solutions, and scientific consumables through an established MHEC purchasing pathway.
BP LabLine is committed to delivering laboratory equipment and scientific products safely and efficiently. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
We operate warehouse and distribution facilities in the United States and utilize a global fulfillment network. Orders may ship from different locations depending on product availability and delivery destination.
Standard Products: 1–3 business days
Made-to-Order Products: 7–14 business days (depending on configuration and manufacturing schedule)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping fees are calculated based on: Order quantity, Product type (standard, temperature-controlled, or freight), Shipping method, and Delivery destination.

Additional services (e.g., liftgate delivery, inside delivery, special handling) may incur extra charges.
International orders are typically shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning BP LabLine covers customs clearance, import duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Customs processing times may affect delivery schedules.
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection depends on delivery requirements and destination. All shipments are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is shipped. The email will include a tracking number and tracking link. Orders can be tracked via the carrier’s official website

Certain laboratory products require temperature-controlled shipping.
For these products, BP LabLine uses validated cold-chain packaging and shipping methods to maintain product stability during transit. Temperature indicators or monitoring devices may be included when required.
Customers are responsible for inspecting temperature-sensitive shipments immediately upon delivery.
