Using for negative selection or depletion of NK cells from single cell suspension of human peripheral blood. Non-nk cells, i.e., T cells, B cells, stem cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and red blood cells are labeled by biotin antibodies coupled to magnetic beads, and high purity NK cells are obtained by isolation of magnetic bead labeled cells.

Data Support

Separation of NK cells from human peripheral blood using RWD Human NK Cell Separation Kit(RUO) and a LSC Separator with an Lar Sep Column. Cells were fluorescently stained with fluorescent antibody (Clone: HCD56、HIT3a), the purity of B cells reached 96.19% by flow cytometry.
