The TC2000-G1 thermal cycler combines a multi-channel module design with advanced gradient temperature control, allowing several different PCR gradient programs to run simultaneously on one instrument. High-performance Peltier heating and cooling delivers precise zonal temperature control, while edge temperature compensation ensures excellent uniformity across the block for reliable gradient optimisation.

The 10.1-inch touchscreen presents a redesigned UI in single-, dual-, or three-channel views to match experimental needs. Real-time program status is displayed throughout each run, with a countdown timer showing remaining cycles at a glance. Security accounts and passwords can be configured per user. Up to 199 cycles are supported, and automatic power failure protection resumes unfinished cycles after restoration to safeguard the amplification process.

The self-adaptive pressure lid closes and seals in one step, accommodating tubes of different heights. Hot lid temperature and operating mode are fully configurable. USB connectivity supports U-disk data storage, program transfer, software updates, and multi-file storage. Touch-down PCR and Long PCR experiments are also supported.

Compatible with standard 0.2 mL PCR tubes, PCR 8-strip tubes, and 96-well PCR plates (no-skirt and half-skirt).

Supports up to 199 cycles per run. If power is interrupted, the system automatically resumes unfinished cycles upon restoration, protecting the integrity of the amplification.

Self-adaptive pressure hot lid

Closes and seals in a single step and self-adjusts to accommodate tubes of different heights, eliminating condensation without manual adjustment.

USB connectivity & software updates

Supports U-disk data storage, PCR program transfer, over-disk software updates, and multi-file storage. Compatible with Touch-down PCR and Long PCR protocols.

Broad consumable compatibility
