The MS-H220-V3/V5 heating magnetic stirring bath is built around a high borosilicate glass liner that withstands rapid thermal changes without cracking, with a transparent window for visual monitoring of reactions. The stainless steel base resists rust and is easy to clean, while a high-temperature-resistant outer shell prevents accidental contact burns.

The unit supports both water and oil baths, with a dual-stirring design: the bath liquid is stirred directly while simultaneously agitating the sample inside the flask, ensuring uniform heating throughout. A reversible function and safety lock prevent unintended changes to operational status during runs.

Timer functionality covers 1 min to 99 h 59 min. When the countdown ends, heating stops automatically while stirring continues to protect heat-sensitive samples. Status is communicated through a colour-coded indicator (green during operation, flashing green before set temperature is reached, red on alarm), audible button tones, and a buzzer alert at timer completion.

Safety is handled by two independent monitoring circuits that continuously check for overheating, sensor failure, and short circuits — triggering error reports and automatic power cut-off as needed.
