The DEP-600 is designed to meet the power demands of small vertical electrophoresis, high-throughput electrophoresis, and blotting in a single unit. It supports SDS-PAGE, Native-PAGE, protein, and DNA/RNA electrophoresis applications, making it one of the most versatile power supplies available.

The LCD touchscreen provides intuitive programming with multi-step tabular entry and real-time progress tracking. Voltage, current, and power are all independently adjustable, with automatic mode switching between constant voltage, constant current, and constant power. Multi-CPU control ensures stable, reliable output throughout each run, while USB connectivity enables real-time data recording for post-run analysis.

Four output sockets allow up to four electrophoresis units to run simultaneously, and an anti-slip stacking design keeps the bench organised when multiple units are in use. Safety features include short-circuit protection, no-load protection, configurable low-current maintenance, power failure recovery, and an adjustable buzzer alarm.
