Rod climbing test is a classic method to evaluate motor coordination of Mice. In this experiment, mice were placed on a rough wooden ball, the lower end of which was connected with a wooden rod with a rough surface and a round section, and the lower end of the rod was placed in a cage. When the mice climbed from the wooden ball to the wooden rod with the head down, the whole time was recorded. Each mouse was tested twice and the average time of two rod climbs is used as a statistical index.
