Bacterial DNA can be isolated from pharyngeal swabs, serum, plasma, urine, and culture medium samples. The extracted DNA is intended for use in downstream molecular biology research applications, including PCR, Southern blot hybridization, RAPD, AFLP, RFLP, and other related experimental procedures.

This kit is intended for laboratory research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnostic use.
