This kit is intended for the extraction of most Gram-positive/negative bacteria. The bacterial DNA obtained from pharyngeal swabs, serum, plasma, urine, and culture medium samples can be used for PCR reaction, Southern blot hybridization, RAPD, AFLP, RELP, and other experiments in molecular biology.
